The Junior League of Springfield is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the Springfield community through effective action and leadership. We provide women with the skills and training they need to be impactful civic leaders, ones who help shape the lives of those around them. As a 501c3 non-profit organization, our members work tirelessly through hands-on service, building strategic partnerships, and supporting local organizations through a capacity building grant program. In 2026, we plan to continue our efforts to reduce food insecurity in Springfield, and will be developing new partnerships with other community organizations focused on issues ranging from transitional housing, to financial security, and youth development.
